The compressed air contains moisture with the relative humidity of 100%.As the compressed air cools in the pipeline, the moisture will precipitate. The appearance of water in an air compressor system will bring many drawbacks, such as increasing operation and maintenance costs as well as increasing the investment in production line equipment. Also, the quality of the compressed air will be affected.
The function of an air dryer is to forcibly cool the compressed air to required dew point temperature, thus making the water vapor contained therein condense into droplets and discharging the droplets through a drainage device.
Our air dryers are divided into three types, i.e,the room temperature and high temperature refrigerated type, no heat and micro heat desiccant type, as well as no heat and micro heat combined type. Customers can choose an appropriate type of air drying machine according to the actual site conditions. Alternatively, they can turn to us for one-stop service.
Compressed Air Dryer/Air Drying Machine/Industrial Air Dryer
According to the corresponding relationship between the saturated water vapor pressure and temperature, the refrigerated air dryer uses the refrigerating capacity produced by a refrigerating system to cool the compressed air to a certain point temperature. The water vapor,oil,and dust are separated from the compressed air. After processed by an oil-air separator and electric drainage device, the water is discharged, thus achieving the purpose of drying and cleaning the compressed air.
According to different intake air temperature, our refrigerated air dryers are divided into normal temperature type(≤45℃)and high temperature(≤80℃)type. Customers can choose an appropriate type in accordance with the actual site conditions.
The desiccant air dryer uses molecular sieve or alumina as the desiccant to adsorb moisture in the compressed air under a certain working pressure. Then,re-lead a part of dry air from the dryer outlet for desorption at atmospheric pressure.One tower is for water adsorption and another for desorption and regeneration.The two towers can work continuously to provide the air consuming equipment with dry,clean compressed air.
The twin tower dryer is widely used for outdoor applications requiring compressed air in cold areas,indoor applications requiring compressed air of long-distance pipeline transportation,and manufacturing process requiring deep drying,such as advanced spraying,jet flow control,polyester spinning etc.
According to the demand on the air consumption for regeneration,the desiccant air dryer are divided into no heat type and micro heat type.
The high-temperature high humidity air from the compressor firstly exchanges heat in the pre-cooler with the cold air from the evaporator for cooling and dehumidification.Then,the air enters the evaporator to exchange heat with the refrigerant.After this exchange,the air temperature is reduced to 2 to 10℃.Then,after the processing in the air-water separator,a large number of condense water is discharged and dry air is obtained.
The air coming from the gas-water separator enters the pre-cooler to exchange heat with the hot and humid air from the compressor.The compressed air from the cooling unit enters the efficient degreaser for oil removal.It obtained.After filtered,it is directly supplied to air consuming equipment.
In a limited space,our combined air dryers provide the cleanest compressed air with minimum air consumption.
