The special gas compressor is explosion-proof and anti-corrosion equipment in the special gas source technology products of SUCCESS ENGINE. The product adopts special material components, equipped with explosion-proof motor, electric control, sensor and control components, and it is a special process product manufactured and tested in strict accordance with the standards of the military nuclear power quality assurance system.
Special gas explosion-proof compressors are mainly used in biogas, nitrogen, methane, propane, natural gas, ammonia, argon, liquefied gas, petroleum associated gas, ethylene, propylene, ethylene chloride, ethylene oxide, ethylene fluoride, carbon monoxide , carbon dioxide and other toxic and harmful media industries.

Sensor control uses temperature sensors, pressure sensors, liquid level sensors, wires that meet explosion-proof certification standards, and the conduit system includes metallic and non-metallic conduits for Exe and Exd applications.
Electrical control parts
The starting control box, intelligent controller, drive motor, fan, wire, gland and other components are all explosion-proof certified products, and the relevant conduit system is suitable for metal and non-metal conduits for Exe and Exd applications.
Rigorous system structure design and process control
Key components undergo rigorous functional tests and hydrostatic tests. The system pipelines and sealing connectors are made of high-grade stainless steel, which are assembled after passing the non-destructive testing and hydraulic test. The threaded connection adopts the standard SAE joint of the American Automobile Industry Association to ensure the sealing and durability of the system pipeline.
According to the needs of the process and the compression medium, we select special material parts and components, including the compressor host, control valve, cooler, separation system, filter system and the entire system pipeline, so as to avoid the corrosion and oxidation of the compressed medium to the system.
